This workout has some crazy fun next level exercises in them, but don’t worry: Shona is showing you what to do and how to do it every step of the way. It’s just ten minutes, but you’ll be working really hard!

My view

This is a great workout if you are beginner, almost ready to call yourself intermediate. But I would mostly recommend this to those of you that are intermediate/advanced, and want to learn some new tricks. Shona Vertue is a real pro in teaching, so you’re in good hands with this one.
