Usually, 10 minute workouts don’t include warmups and cooldowns, I specifically love this one because it does.

What to expect: this is a workout that works your core muscles with mostly isometric exercises. This means that it is mostly about holding a position, rather than explosive training.

There are modifications given, so you can follow along with this workout no matter your fitness level.

My view: this is a great little core workout, that builds up great. It starts off with some warmup exercises, gets slowly into more difficult core work (you will feel that burn!) and finishes with a great cool down. Including my personal favorite: lateral childspose.
