Although this is a pretty tough dance cardio workout, it is also very accessible. This is why I love this genre. Especially while doing it at home. Maybe you really want to loose some weight, maybe you don’t feel comfortable working out in front of others, maybe you just don’t know where to start. If this is you, dance cardio might be a great way to fall in love with working out and working on yourself. And maddie from MadFit might play a big part in your fitness journey!

What to expect: during this video you will go through a full body workout and your stamina will be challenged. Just go with it, try to finish, do what feels good. There is some jumping but not a lot. Try to follow along with Maddie and whatever happens: just keep smiling.
