This is an oldy but a goody. There is a little bit of strength in here, some push-ups for example, but it’s mostly all about the cardio and getting that heart rate up!

What to expect: During this workout, always mind the woman on the left: she will show you modifications. And please, do take these if you need to! Work those push-ups from the knee if that helps you do it correctly and stay in the work. Taking breaks mid-workout are a waste of your time and motivation.

Plank variations, jumping jacks, squats, crunch variations.. just a variety of exercises to train your whole body. If you don’t want to jump: no problem. Low-impact modifications are shown to you all the way.

My view: A great cardio workout for beginners. The workout is only 15 minutes so if you like it and you want more of a complete workout in stead of just a quick boost, you can always choose to do the whole thing twice.
