A fun but tough ballet inspired workout.

What to expect

Focussing on the inner and outer thighs, you won’t need any equipment (or a mat). The majority of this workout will be on the floor, so you’ll really need something to lay on. The first exercise is a glute bridge, followed by leg extensions, clamshells and the like.

My view

I really like this workout because it is very specific to muscles that we forget to target in our regular workouts sometimes. Squats and lunges are great for many glute and lower body muscles, but they won’t target your thighs. Adding a workout like this to your routine will help you train all the muscles in your lower body!
