This is a great quick yoga flow to add on after a workout. It is perfect for beginners, but suitable for everyone. Take a break, breathe, focus, relax. Working on your flexibility is great to improve in all your other workouts as well.

What to expect: this is a no equipment yoga flow, where you can just listen and follow along easily.

My view: focus on your breath and increase your flexibility with this workout. This will help you tremendously with your workouts, because it will increase your ROM (range of motion). So if you are feeling a bit tight, you should really try to add more workouts like these into your schedule.
