Workouts like these make it easier for you to get started with working out, because they take it a bit slower, play it safe with the jumping (or in other words: no jumping) and give you a bit more time to catch your breath. Still, this is a complete workout. You will get stronger and feel great afterwards.
What to expect: this full body HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout goes through five moves for four rounds. Some examples: marching high knees, shadow boxing and shuffle squats. Since you’re doing these exercises five times, you have time to familiarize yourself with them in the first round and really nail them in the later rounds.
My view: workouts like these are a great way to get your heart rate up, break a sweat, burn calories and get that post workout feeling without having to jump or take any risks with your body.
