A lovely 20 minute session to create more mobility in all your joints. Starting from the ankles, working your way up to your hips, your neck and your wrists.

What to expect

Although this is a yoga/mobility flow, don’t expect too many yoga poses. You will be working in planks and downward dogs and finishing with a wonderful little savasana, but mostly you’ll be moving around a lot in ‘free form’. Moving and opening up your body in a way that feels good for you. Which is really, I believe, a great way to give back to your body.

My view

I love to do this flow ever few weeks, especially to open up my lower body. This really helps to increase my range of motion in other workouts, for example in lower body (dumbell) classes. I would say: try it out and see (and feel) for yourself how an increased mobility can help you in every day life and your workouts.
