What to expect

From burnout rounds to a few floor exercises that make time creep by.. Stuff is going to be set on fire with this workout, but it is so so so good. It’s only 20 minutes, but it’s a complete workout.

Expect all the basic lower body exercises and maybe a few surprises along the way. There is some jumping, so be ready for that. FitnessBlender doesn’t use any equipment but if you are looking for more of a challenge, you are free to add some dumbbells.

My view

I love FitnessBlender workouts especially because they are so clean and calm. The trainer makes all exercises easy to follow because she explains a lot along the way. And there are no distractions. It’s just you and your workout. And you will feel that tomorrow.
