If you are in the mood to work yourself to the max with strength training today, this is the workout for you. Are you sure you are ready? Because this is a tough one!

What to expect:

After the bodyweight warm up, you will be doing 24 different exercises with dumbbells.

Each exercise takes 40 seconds and is only going to come by once but it will be followed by a 20 second burn out. So you will actually be working for 60 seconds total with each exercise. Then you will get a 20 second rest before you continue with the rest.

Arms and legs are alternated throughout the whole workout and you will finish with some core.

My view

Nourishmovelove workouts are not for the faint hearted. That is for sure. I personally really love this. The warmup is great, the exercises are versatile and the cooldown feels really good.
