This workout is great for so many reasons. I’m going to try to list only a few.

What to expect: some poses are easier than others in this yoga practice, but Adriene makes sure that you focus on the right stuff: breathing. This is a great workout if you feel tight in your hips or your back. And going inward with your breath, taking the time to relax and just be, even if it is just for 20 minutes, can be such a healthy choice.

My view: this is a great yoga practice on it’s own, but also an amazing add-on as a post-workout stretch on your leg day (or any other day).
