What to expect
You’ll be following along with Joe for 7 moves, for 4 rounds. For each 35 seconds of work you’ll get 25 seconds rest. So it is all pretty straightforward. It’ll be tough though! Some of the exercises that you can expect are dumbbell thrusters, renegade rows & push ups, reverse lunges, dumbell swings and burpee deadlifts. Sounds good right?
I think this is a great workout for those of you that spend a lot of time strength training (at home) and want to mix it up a bit. This is a great workout to increase your strength, while working on your endurance and burn some extra calories. And it’s only 28 minutes. Time will fly by!
