What to expect:

This full body workout video is divided up into blocks: the warm-up, lower body, upper body, full body and core. So basically this is a very structured workout in which you will work your entire body without any equipment.

My view: skip the first minute and a half because that is mostly advertisement. Then just get into it! It is accessible but challenging. And there is a warmup and cool down included so in 30 minutes you are completely done!
