This workout combines two great attributes: dance cardio & Megan Roup. This workout is the best! Not just because it is great for your body, but you will instantly have a better mood once you start dancing. Especially with a trainer as energizing as @meganroup.
What to expect
This workout is created by POPSUGAR fitness 2019. It’s 30 minutes long and, as you can imagine, all about very high intensity cardio with a little sculpting break in the middle (lower body strength).
The moves are pretty easy to follow because Megan talks you through it all. You’ll probably won’t get it right the first time (or second time) but as Megan says herself: dance cardio doesn’t have to be perfect. Just have fun with it.
So no, you don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy this one! But some coordination skills might be a plus!
Dance cardio is a blast! It’s great for burning calories and to get into a good mood. If your coordination is bad however, this might not be the way to go. But if you want to try, then this is the workout to do it with!
