This workout by Adriene will help tone the core and glute muscles. Yoga inspired of course. The flow begins with breath work, and a few poses that help you get warmed up.

What to expect: Adriene always talks you through everything in her video’s, and this one is no different. You will practice yoga but aso be squatting and work on many core exercises. And, maybe most importantly, you will spend some time connecting mind, body and soul.

My view: I think that this workout is great for beginners and intermediates. And I love the combination of yoga and strength work.
