What to expect: this sculpt or toning workout looks pretty easy but I can assure you that you will feel the burn. I love this one a lot, because the movements are very controlled. It’s not about explosive power and reps. It’s about the movement, your range of motion and staying in the work.

My view: this workout is great for all levels for different reasons: the modifications that are given are great but still a lot of work. The ‘regular’ workout is going to work your muscles like crazy, because she takes her time in all the moves. Keep pushing, stay with it, you will thank yourself!
