What to expect
Starting with some lovely stretches, getting your body ready for a great but light workout, Nicole leads you through this wonderful Pilates workout. You’ll be moving from dolphin poses to planks, lengthening poses, glute work, lunges, stretches and core exercises. Although some core work in this workout is a bit harder than the other exercises, but it all feels really great.
This is a great Pilates workout that will work your muscles deeply, but it’s not as intense as other/similar Pilates workout videos can be.
