What to expect:
This Pilates for beginners workout starts with some very important basics and lot’s of cues, which is a great way for Nicole to help you exercise the moves correctly. After a few core exercises and hip bridges, it’s time for my favorite Pilates lower body exercises.
The exercises in this workout will set some fire to all of your muscles, while you are moving your body in a very controlled way. I especially love the stretches towards the end. A great way to give a little something back to your body.
