Out of all the videos of Nicole that I have tried, this one is my favorite. It might be because of that perfect garden, or it might be the exercises.. I don’t know. But I had a blast, so I hope you will too!

What to expect

This is a pretty tough workout, that is great for more the more intermediate Pilates enthusiasts out there. A lot of my personal favorite exercises are part of this video like full roll ups, a few hip bridge variations, side plank variations and pilates push-ups.

My view

I especially love the workouts by Nicole because she ads so many cues and tips to her workouts. So always keep listening, so you know you are doing it right.
