What to expect

Well, this workout is not called ‘hateful’ for no reason. I had my husband try this one and he really had to push through, hard! He had fun though, so I am sure you will too. You can choose a set of light to medium dumbells (3-5KG) because you will be mostly working on muscle endurance with this one. You can expect pushups, squat presses, bicep curls and burpees.

My view

This may not sound like an especially tough workout, as you won’t be using a heavy weight: but you will be burning many calories and work up a big sweat. It’s an awesome workout to mix it up a bit in your regular routine.

+ no music
+ no warmup or cool down
