This is a full body, Pilates inspired HIIT workout that will have you feel the fire of a good HIIT workout without too much high impact work.

What to expect

After a great warmup routine, you’ll be working in plank variations, Supermans, side plank variations, sumo squats, lunges and something called a bear kick burpee.. It’s really fun! There are many exercises, some repetitions and good music to get you through it. Oh and she finishes with some of my favorite stretches (happy baby!), so you’ve got that to look forward too.

My view

This is a fun way to do Pilates inspired exercises, but you aren’t really doing Pilates. So if that is what you are in the mood for, you should try some of the other videos I have reviewed. Other than that, it is a fun way to mix it up a bit and maybe even challenge your body in a few fun new ways.
