Yoga and pregnancy can be a great combination, but you have to be very careful with the classes that you pick. During pregnancy not all moves and poses are safe, so be sure to always choose a Yoga workout that is designed for pregnancy.

That being said, this is a really great one. And I personally love the vibe that trainer Andrea Bogart radiates. The flow is challenging but nurturing at the same time.

My view: If you want to do yoga during pregnancy, this is a great one to start your day with. It’s 30 minutes so it’s a complete workout, but not too long and there is a good chance that those little pregnancy aches will feel a little better after this workout.
