What to expect
Oh my, this is a tough one! I adore Popsugar Fitness workouts, and this is no exception. But don’t be fooled: this is really hard work. Even when you choose to use a lighter set of dumbbells, because the bodyweight exercises that they have chosen for these 30 minutes are not easy either!
Get ready for many pushups, skaters and lunge jumps as well as deadlifts, side raises, sumo squats and upright rows.
This one will probably have you panting vigorously when you’re about 15 minutes in. But really, its great! So don’t overthink it and just press play.
