What to expect

In this 30 minute workout you’ll be working with weights on all those muscles in your upper body. And the Tabata finisher will get you nice and sweaty towards the end! There will definitely be a lot of fire in this muscles, during this no-repeat and non talking workout.

You will be working for 45 seconds with a 15 second break in between. The Tabata finisher will be 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. It’s lots of jumping, lot’s of burning. Mountain climbers, thrusters, plank jacks and curls.. It’s all in there! So if you really want to challenge yourself, this is the workout to do it with.

My view

Don’t let the pretty pink workout gear fool you, this is really really hard work. But so worth it! Grab two sets of dumbells before you start: a lighter set and a medium set (like 3KG and 5KG) so you can change whenever you need to, and you can finish this workout.
