This prenatal pilates workout is safe for all trimesters.
What to expect
Before you start, grab a mat and a (filled) water bottle or a very light weight. This is a pretty low key pilates workout that is suitable for all trimesters. You will work though a variety of exercises that will work all of the muscles in your body, both standing up and lying down.
As all pregnancy workouts on youtube this is a ‘general’ workout. So if it is suitable for you to workout lying down on a mat is something that you should check with your physician. Apart from that I think this a great alternative to more high intensity workouts. And the exercises in this workout will definitely help you get a good pregnancy-safe workout in.
