This prenatal yoga class is great for the more advanced yogi’s out there that are looking for a way to keep yoga in their prenatal lives. Some of these poses are pretty challenging so I would advice you to do this workout while in your 1st and 2nd trimester.

My view: It’s a 40 minute class so it’s a complete workout. Feeling strong, safely pushing yourself and make time for yourself during your pregnancy is so important. And I hope that this video will help you with all that.

What to expect: a great yoga flow and some challenging poses. So if you haven’t done yoga before, maybe try some of my other recommendations.

Nevertheless it is very important to always listen to your body: does this workout feel right? Or am I doing too much? Then please stop. It is always the right choice to talk about working out during your pregnancy and after delivery with your physician. Especially when you don’t work with a trainer 1-1.
