What to expect
You’ll be working alongside Daniel in this workout, going through ten repetitions per exercise, for three sets. All pretty straightforward, traditional exercises with dumbells. You can use a bench, but you don’t have to if you don’t have one available to you.
At the end there is a short finisher (or burnout) that is going to set a little bit of extra fire to your muscles. So burnout: guaranteed.
If you want to gain muscle mass and strength, workouts like these are the way to go. If you are a beginner, this workout is amazing because Daniel (like all fitness blender workouts) explains everything so well. You’ll know exactly what to do and what you should focus on. If you are more experienced, these workouts are great to get back to basics and remember your form. So I can really recommend this workout to everyone.
