This upper body workout with dumbells focusses on your shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest and back.
What to expect
Tis is a no-repeat workout. And even though I know repetition is the key to improving and growing, doing these exercises I was glad to only do them once. Because I was in pain! Heather Robertson advises to use one set of dumbells that challenges you but will also allow you to keep proper form. I thought I did that but I personally went too heavy. So the side raises we’re way to hard and then came the inchworm push-ups..
So take this as a cautionary tale and have a few different weights ready before you press play.
I really did enjoy this workout because I could feel those muscles in my upper body being set ablaze! You will work all of them, big and small, in this workout and you will have to challenge yourself to finish it. At least, I did. But that makes it all the more fun when you’re done.
