This Total Body Yoga routine by Yoga with Adriene is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips (yay!).

What to expect

This 45 minute session is all about trying to go deeper. Which is why it is a great one to repeat a few times over the course of a few weeks. You’ll find it getting easier every time you come back to this practice. Which means you are becoming more flexible!

This yoga practice focusses a lot on the lower back and the HIPS! Adriene: “lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.”

My view

Practices like these are gifts to your body. Really! Especially when you spend a lot of time working out. You can’t only stress your body, it needs to recover as well. Flexibility routines like these really help you get more flexible, mobile, loose. This is great for preventing injuries and helps you feel healthy and fit in your every day life! So all I can say is: you really should do this workout.
