If you are new to working out in general, some warmup routines you find online might already be too much of a workout. Most trainers like to ‘get to it’ straight away and while that is great for some people, it might not be great for you. This routine is also great if you are looking for a low impact warmup. This one has no jumping.

What to expect: this is a full body warmup. So your arms, core, legs: it will all be properly taken care of after five minutes.

My view: if you want to warmup correctly without any jumping, this is the workout for you.
