So Adriene, from Yoga with Adriene, created this chair yoga workout for seniors but it is also great if you are stuck with a (lower body) injury and you still want to do some yoga.

What to expect: This yoga practice invites awareness and integrity into the body, specifically the line of the spine. You will be activering the muscles that help you find length up through the spine for better posture and energy flow.

My view: As Adriene says herself in the description of this video: chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. This is just amazing if you are overweight, a senior, injured or have any other reason why a ‘regular’ yoga practice might be too much for you. I love it.
