Don’t forget to stretch! This is a cool down workout created for runners, but it’s a great cool down to add-on the end of all your workouts.

It’s a stretch sequence by Adidas and while stretching, you also get a bit of information on why this is so important.

If you are not interested in a little lesson about the why of stretching, this takes about 50 seconds at the beginning, so you can just skip the first part of the video.
