This dance workout from Popsugar fitness is led by the intoxicatingly energetic Amanda Kloots. One thing is for sure: this workout will definitely boost your mood and burn calories at the same time. You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy this one but beware that it might not be for everyone: the moves can follow up pretty quickly.

But will you have fun? Absolutely! So don’t get anxious, just follow along without thinking about it too much, and I am sure you will enjoy this one!

Overall view: A fun way to enjoy a cardio. Maybe if you’re not a dancer you’ll not fly trough it. But isn’t it part of the fun to try and learn something new? Also: if you don’t want to jump, low-impact modifications are presented on screen.
