A great over-all feel good stretch for your whole body. That is how I would describe this video. Also great to use as a warmup before or cool down after a heavier chair workout.

My view: if you have a reason why you can’t or prefer not to stand up for a workout, this is a great one. I can also recommend this one if you want to move your body a bit and reduce the tension your body.
