My view: Stretching while pregnant is a real game changer. It can help relieve some (small) aches and help you be mindful of your pregnant body, even if you are not into yoga or if you don’t have a lot of time.

What to expect: This video by Ashley Keller is a great tutorial in how to get those nice stretches in and how to do it safe while pregnant. This video can help you relax and increase your flexibility. Stretching can help prevent lower back pain and even reduce nausea and leg pain and ease ligament pain.

Ashley Keller is a professional athlete. So she knows her stuff. Her energy is great, but during her workouts she is always very much to the point and all about the work.
